Most of our pieces are designed to fit true to size. We always recommend checking the size chart on the individual product page, as measurements and fits can vary slightly between styles.

Your Camdensoul piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Rather than producing large quantities in advance, this approach helps us reduce unnecessary overproduction while offering a wider range of designs.

Production usually takes 3–5 business days. Once your order is ready, it's handed over to the shipping carrier and you'll receive tracking information by email.

• United Kingdom: 3–4 business days
• Canada: 3–5 business days
• Australia: 3–6 business days

Most customers in the US and UK receive their orders within approximately 7–10 days of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please don't send products back without contacting us first. Once your return has been approved, we'll send you the next steps.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or you've received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and make it right.

The quickest way to get a different size or product is to return the original item, once your return has been accepted, and place a new order for the item you want.
